Our certifications

Food safety and quality are a priority for BSA WIBERG. That's why we have implemented a Food Safety Plan (HACCP) and obtained an SQF – Edition 8 certification, demonstrating our commitment to providing safe, quality food products, complying with the requirements of the SQF Code and acting by the laws in force in the food industry.

Both Montréal and Oakville facilities are Ecocert certified and comply with organic food production, preparation and distribution standards.

BSA WIBERG holds the OR Kosher certification, awarded by the Orthodox Union organization. This certification allows us to offer products prepared in accordance with Hebrew laws.
